Water Library :Wine, Cocktail and French Food
First Opened
Water Library was opened in Yangon in March, 2014, the first shop ever to be opened here in Myanmar. Water Library has three branch shops in all, including this one in Yangon.

Opening Time
The restaurant opens daily for lunch from 11 am to 2 pm, and for dinner from 6 pm to 10 pm Bar in open daily from 5 pm to 2 am.
Chef and Menu
The ‘Michelin Star’ award winning chef takes charge of managing all the Water Library shops, with his assistants working at the shop here in Yangon.
French food and drinks are made in a special way, quite different from any other. Varie-ties of water from all over the world are available. Although at the moment there are not as many different kinds of water as in Thailand, there is a plan for importing more varieties. The restaurant offers over four hund-red varieties of alcoholic drinks. At the bar you can enjoy home-made infusion cocktail created by a famed mixologist.
Popular Signature Dishes
Seabass, Tofu, Cold Pasta and Apple Tart are its popular signature dishes – dishes that have already been popular in Thailand. Though there are seasonal changes on the menu, these four dishes are invariably there. As regards wine, a lot of people like ‘Reference Book’ very much, the price being just 140 dollars. Home-made infusion is yet another item many people enjoy drinking.

Event Arrangement
It offers arrangement for birthday parties and other events. There is a set menu and buffet and canape menu for parties.
Prices for canape menu range from 35 dollars to 80 dollars for one serving. For set menu it ranges from 80 to over 100 dollars. You can have a different set menu according to your choice, for example a new set menu just enough for ten or twenty people.
Room charges vary : It you like it out-doors, it will cost about 200 dollars. Indoors, it depends on how much you spend on food and drinks.
