Monti
Monti is a kind of Rakhine food. It mainly includes Rakhine-style noodles, flaked fish both raw or fried, garlic and pepper, garnished with chopped coriander, some drops of edible oil and if you wish you can add a slice of lime and spicy green chillies for deep spicy flavour. It can give you a perfect eating feeling as you want more while you are eating if hot. You can have noodles on their own or with curry liquid. It is available at stalls and restaurant across Myanmar.
