LA TRATINE
This month we’d like to introduce you to a French shop that sells an assortment of French coffee and foods _ a place where you can enjoy eating in a clean and relaxing ambiense. Prices are economical and services good.

First Opened
It was first opened on March 15, 2014. Open daily from 1 am to 8 pm. On Saturdays and Sundays it is from 8 am.
Decor
The first thing you see once you’re inside is a picture-like array of delicacies hanging in a tempting way on the wall, and you feel relaxed. It is a relatively cheap shop.
As part of its promotion effort, it gives you a discount if you buy at least K 10,000 worth of food. For coffee, only Malongo, a french brand is used. Household coffeemakers are available at 150 dollars a piece.
Menu
The menu consists of sandwiches, such as Croissant with meat, cheese or Vegi; Mustard, Tomato and Healthy French Tarfuine, Eggplant Tartine, Cucumber Tartine. As well as salads, such as Caesar salad, Tuna salad, Chicken salad, Cheese salad, Salami Salad, Fruit salad, Base salad and Yogurt. Also hot French coffee and cold drinks.
Service
There are four main items on the menu. For breakfast and lunch you can have an all-inclusive meal for one serving for 6000 kyats. Caramel, a French food is available at 4500 kyats. The shop caters for company events, without service charges.
Prices
The Prices range from 900 kyats to 9000 kyats. French foods that sell best such as French Baguette, Croissant; as well as sandwich and salad range from 1500 kyats to 7500 kyats.
Customers
Most of the customers are foreigners. There’re also local customers.
Future Plan
The shop is now opening new shops. It intends to create new items of tood for sale at affordable prices. It also has planned for new promotion programmes.
