On 26-10-2016 Turkish food testing event was hold at Café Sule by Sule Shangri-La. Cafe Su1e was hosting a menu created by chefs Ali Toprak and Ozgur Taylan Uycel from Shangri-La Bosphorus, Istanbul together with Executive Chef Roshan Fernando. Guest can enjoy rich diversity of Turkish food and colure at Café Sule from 27 October to 2 November 2016. Guest can enjoy Turkish specialties such as traditional Doner Kebab and Turkish desserts such as Baklava and Keskul (almond pudding) during these 7-days event.
