On 4 August at Sule Shangri-La Hotel, Maybank, the third largest Southeast Asian bank by market capitalization, conducted a seminar on Global Markets & Transaction Banking, whereat monetary policy, liquidity management, trade finance, cash management, and financial services were discussed by Maybank’s banking experts. Mr John Wong, Global Head of Transaction Banking, Maybank said International Internship Program would be created which should benefit outstanding students of Myanmar universities.

With intermediary and consultancy experience in Myanmar since 1994, Maybank is working for 22 million customers with a strength of 47,000 spread in 2400 branches in 20 countries.
