It’s needless to say that Bagan which is the ancient city of Golden Land, Myanmar is one of the breathtaking views of the world. In the ancient city of Bagan, you can find a multitude of ancient monuments like Buddhist temples and monasteries. Long ago, there were more than 10,000 active religious centres here, and today there are still around 2,200 of them. The thousands of temples that are spread across the plains of Bagan are the most impressive testament to the religious devotion of Myanmar’s people – and rulers – over the centuries. They combine to form one of the most significant archaeological sites in South East Asia and provide views quite unlike anywhere else on earth. Moreover, Bagan is a great place for beautiful local Art, such as Lacquer ware, Bamboo works and beautiful local made Cloth. In the country’s nascent tourism industry, the Bagan Archaeological Zone becomes a major tourist attraction.
