Particulars on Victory Resort Bago, to be constructed at Se Maing Kone, 39th Mile Yangon-Mandalay Highway, were explained to the press on 13-6-2015 at Novotel Hotel, Yangon. Construction of the 10-acre property will Launch this year, to be completed in 2019. The resort has 216 rooms and is 100 percent foreign investment.
