The world’s largest floating book fair, the Logos Hope, docked at Alone International Port Terminal from 3-14 October, 2015. Its aim: To share love in places of practical need; promote peace; and guide a complete meaningful life-style. According to one Media Relations officer Ms lvy Chiu, the ship has over 5,000 titles on sale, costing from Kyats 2,400 to around Kayts 30,000. Running the fair is serviced by 400 volunteers from 60 countries. Next stop: Sri Lanka.
