A chamber concert at the Royal Thai Embassy in Yangon on 25th August 2016 as a prelude of the TPO Concerts in Myanmar, featuring the performances from the Quintet of the Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra (Inga Causa-Violin, Mahaki Leardcheewanan-Violin, Daniel Keasler-Viola, Giacomo Visintin-Viola, Marcin T.Szawelski-Cello), Oliver Kern (Piano soloist for the TPO concerts in Myanmar) and Khin Myat Mon (Flute) from Myanmar, our alumni who received a scholarship of the College of Music Mahidol. Ambassador Pisanu Suvanajata, Thai Ambassador in Myanmar and Franz Xaver Augustin, Director of the Goethe Institute in Myanmar for the great support and help organizing all the concerts in Myanmar. This is also an activity to celebrate the 70th Anniversary Celebration of the Accession to the Throne of His Majesty of the King of Thailand and the 7th Cycle Birthday Anniversary of Her Majesty Queen of Thailand. This concert is a cooperative project of the royal Thai embassy, the embassy of Germany and the Goethe institute, with the goal of sharing musical excellence with Thailand musicians in Myanmar. The Thai philharmonic orchestra with 95 international musicians will stage three concerts in Myanmar. The concert will stage on the 27 in Mandalay and on the 29th in Nay Pyi Taw.
