NEC launch new innovative multimedia display and projector solutions in Myanmar

NEC’s Partnership Ceremony and Product Launch was held on 5 November Shangri-La Hotel in Yangon, Myanmar. The event was attended by Vincent Koh, Vice President of NEC Asia Pacific, and Mr Zaw Hlaing Bwar, Director of Enterprise Solutions from KMD.

NEC Asia pacific announced the launch of its new innovative multimedia display and projector solutions in Myanmar. Products and solutions launched include NEC’s full range of projector, interactive white board, videowall and digital signage. The products will be distributed by NEC’s appointed authorized distributor, Knowledge Management & Dedication (KMD) a leading distributor based in Myanmar.

The full suite of NEC’s projectors will be a available, ranging from the Mobile and values series for small meeting rooms, to the Multipurpose series for classrooms and medium sized meeting rooms, to the professional Advanced and Professional High End series for high end installations such as large auditoriums and spaces. These include the convenient mobile PC free presenter using DLP technology enabling wireless presentations without a laptop, as well as the M-series full HD projector with DLP technology with lamp life of up to 8,000 hours enabling lower maintenance.

NEC has also launched a complete solution for equipping education and training facilities. The new interactive white board solution consists of UM series Ultra Short Throw Projectors with NEC NPO3Wi interactive accessory software, enabling interactivity with a stylus pen for writing, making annotations and saving content on the virtual whiteboard. The powerful collaborative solution is suitable for small meeting room presentations and classrooms discussions, enabling next generation interactive learning.

Apart from projects, NEC Asia pacific will also be launching the new video wall solution, the X series, with the Ultra slim bezel. The eco-friendly display panels deliver brilliant imagery to organizations deploying displays for 24×7 use in variety of digital signage, corporate and broadcast video wall applications. The displays also support intel’s Open pluggable Specification (OPS), the first industry-wide standardization for option slots to simplify digital signage. The OPS option slot allows for easier installation, use and maintenance of digital signage.

The X series videowall panels also come with the innovative unique human sensor accessory that can automatically adjust brightness, audio and source inputs upon detection of human presence, and can be creatively configured for digital signage and energy saving purposes. They are suitable for us in hotels, corporate lobbies, shopping malls, control & command centres, museums and airports.
