Sphere Conferences, the conference arm of Singapore Press Holding Limited (SPH) , and Myanmar  Tourism Federation launched the inaugural Myanmar Hotel Solutions, Food & Beverage and Travel Trade Shows, and 2^nd annual Myanmar Hospitality & Tourism Conference on 17 February, 2014. Supported by  the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism. The Hotel Solutions Show and the Food & Beverage Show was co –located at the Myanmar Convention Center from 17 to 19 February, 2014. And the Myanmar Hospitality and Tourism Conference, and the Myanmar Travel Trade Show were held at the Traders Hotel from 18-19 February, 2014.

The 2^nd Myanmar Hospitality & Tourism Conference is the gate way for domestic and international property developers, operators and owners of hospitality properties, financiers and investors to convene and map the future of the Myanmar’s hospitality and tourism industry. About 300 delegates were learned about the opportunities presented by Myanmar and discussed key issues including: Advancing Myanmar’s Hospitality and Tourism Sector, Areas of investment for Myanmar, Sustainability for long term management, Finding opportunities through challenges faced, Increasing your hospitality asset value, Spotlight on new and emerging trends and projects within the Myanmar hospitality sector.
