Manana Mexican Homestyle Gourmet
”Manana”, pronounced with a stress on the second syllable, means simply ” tomorrow”. It is a Mexican- themed restaurant designed in an enchanting style, in colours like those of the Mexican flag. The main items on the menu are foods prepared and cooked by a woman chef, herself a Mexican housewife, so you can enjoy a wide selection of delicious dishes.
Dishes for vegetarians are also available. As part of their customer care, the employees would explain what ingredients are there in the foods and how they taste to Myanmar and Foreign customers who are not familiar with Mexican cuisines.
The chef herself values her own art of cooking foods in just the same way she does at home as a housewife. She wishes to fulfill the wish of those who are longing for their homemade foods back as their native places. Cooking is done in hygienic condition, without the use of any flavouring. Meat, fish and vegetables are cooked in a way that retains most of their original flavour.
