On 18-8-2016 two Myanmar students, Pyay Hein Htet and Sai Hkan Soe Leik, were conferred with scholarships to undergo Undergraduate Program and PhD Degree at University of Cambridge by Jardine Foundation in a ceremony held at Sedona Hotel. HE Andrew Patrick, British Ambassador to Myanmar, was special guest of honor on the occasion. Jardine Foundation was established in 1982 to mark the 150th anniversary of Jardine Matheson Group. Since then it has given scholarship to 230 outstanding students to study at university of Oxford and university of Cambridge.
