The new 2016 Huawei Mate 8 smartphone was introduced with ceremony on 28th January 2016 at Siam Paragon Hall, Bangkok. On the occasion chairman of Huawei Customer Business Group Mr.Thomas Liu explained business facts and where Huawei currently stands in the world. Then Head of Global Product Marketing Mr.Clement Wong gave facts on the new Mate 8: 6” Full HD Screen; Kirin 950 chip; Fingerprint use for security; RAM 4GB and ROM 64 GB; and 16 MP and 8 MP for the back camera and front respectively. Available in Mocha Gold or Champagne for color, the Huawei Mate 8 sells for Ks 699,000. The ceremony was attended by Myanmar Brand Ambassador Wut Hmon Shwe Yi plus famous Thai actor Alek and Ananda.
