Soe Electronics & Machinery Co Ltd and Hitachi Industrial Equipment Systems Co Ltd signed an agreement on 7 July, 2015 at Sedona Hotel Yangon. to establish Hitachi Soe Electronics & Machinery Co Ltd (Hitachi SEM), a company which will operate on designing, producing, distribution, implementing and maintaining transformer and parts. Hitachi SEM will be fully functioning on 31 March, 2016.
