The press conference about DAWN having provided low-cost loans to over 100,000 clients in the country and its next plans for micro-entrepreneurs and small businesses was held at Chatrium Hotel on September 25,2017. At the event, DAWN’s CEO Mr. Gonzalo Gonzalez delivered the opening speech, followed by Daw Khin Thida, Head of Operations who explained about DAWN’s services, operations and expansion plans.

Initially founded in 2002 as a project of Save The Children Myanmar, the company with its 29 branches is currently providing group-guaranteed loans and interest-bearing savings accounts helping micro-entrepreneurs thrive in Myanmar’s growing economy.
