Marga Landmark will build Dagon City housing estate on 22 acres of land near U Htaung Bo round about, Bahan Township, comprising branded outlets, offices, a five star hotel, and high-rise buildings of apartments. On 1-8-2014 at Sule Shangri-La Hotel the One Night in Dagon event graced by the regional prime minister, mayor, Chinese and Korean diplomats was held, whereat film/TV star Eaindra Kyaw Zin was appointed Brand Ambassador, and kyat 100 lakhs and kyat 50 lakhs were donated to BEHS Khanaungtoe and Pyay Ti Oo Education Foundation respectively. Singaporean band A Cappella provided entertainment on the accasion.
