Air China will offer, starting early April, a new Yangon-Kunming-Chendu route daily, leaving Yangon Airport at 12:15pm. It arrives Kunming at 3:45pm, thence to depart at 4:55pm to arrive Chengdu at 6:15pm. The new flight is meant to help Myanmar cope with her increased tourist arrivals. Currently Air China is offering Yangon-Beijing flight with 125 passenger 737/700 aircraft every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday during daytime, which will soon be taken up in night time. At present it leaves Yangon at 2:15 pm to arrive Beijing at about 10:50pm.
