Official documents were signed with ceremony on 16-12-2014 at Sule Shangri-La Hotel between Yoma Strategic Holdings and Asian Development Bank-ADB, confirming the banks’s loan of $ 100 million to Yoma to cover infrastructure development related to Connectivity. After a congratulatory speech by Christopher Thieme of ADB Private Sector Operation Department Yoma’s executive president Serge Pun delivered an opening address. The loan will come in two batches: the first is to cover construction of towers for mobile communications, creation of logistics related to cold storage, and rental business of various vehicles; and the second to cover transportation, distribution and investment in other sectors.
