A forum on family to corporate governance was held on 24th February, 2017 sponsored by the CEO, a business and management magazine. Executive Director of TODAY U Saw Yan Naing delivered the opening speech.


Professor Dr Aung Htun Thet gave an explanatory talk on process and procedures family businesses should follow to achieve good corporate governance in his keynote speech.


During the panel discussion, with Professor Dr Aung Htun Thet acting as moderator, Dr Maung Maung Lay (Ni Lay Naing Co Ltd) ; U Soe Nyi Nyi (Feel Myanmar Restaurant) and Daw Chaw Khin Khin (MCC Group) shared their experiences as heads of family business regarding how they are doing their businesses and dealing with the challenges.
