Myanmar Property Award 2016, presented by Samsung and participated by 22 competing companies, was held on 30 June 2016 at Sule Shangri – La Hotel , Yangon, to give away 18 awards. For the year Best Development award is won by Shwetaung Group. Best Developer, Best Residential and Best Commercial awardees will have access to South East Asia Property Award 2016, to be held in Singapore. In coming years real estate companies in Yangon as well as other Townships will be invited to join the competition.
