MOHINGA
Have you ever tried Mohinga? Mohinga, Myanmar traditional food is a combination of rice noodle and fish soup. You can find everywhere in the country. It is available throughout the day, but Myanmar people ususally have it for breakfast. It mainly include chick-pea and fish, and also garlic, onions, ginger, fish sauce. It is served with rice noodle. You can add crispy friend gourd, crispy fried onions, boiled duck egg or at fried minced fish ball.
You can get this at almost every tea-shop, restaurants and pavement stall. Mohinga is served at donation ceremines, birthday ceremony etc. It is now exported in dehydrated form. If you are in Yangon, you can get this at Feel Restaurant, Monsoon Restaurant, Sakura Tower near Sule Shangri-La, Bogyoke Aung San Market, Daw Cho Mohinga near Shwedagon, U Yay-ge Mohinga, RangoonTea House etc. I would like to suggest you to try Mohinga when you are in Myanmar.
