Puratos Bakery Demonstration organized by HMH Co Ltd was held at Sule Shangri-La,Kone Baung Room on 17^th October, 2014.  Edwin Tan, with 27 years experience in the baking industry and currently the Technical Advisor Manager for Puratos Malaysia, demonstrated 10 recipes and shared his baking secret tips in making the perfect bread using Puratos products. Bakers from various hotels and restaurants attended this special demonstration and training and had a chance to taste the freshly baked bread of Mr. Edwin Tan. Puratos products such as Real Chocolate, Bread Improver, Bread Mix, Cake Mix, Cookies Mix, Custard Mix, Grain Mix, Donut Mix and Marcaron Mix have been  now available here and  distributed to hotels and restaurants in Yangon, Mandalay, Nay Pyi Taw, Monywa and Mawlamyaing and later to Taung Gyi and Inlay.
