Ginza Teppan-Yaki eatery, the first of its kind in Myanmar, opened on 6 July, 2014 at Ocean Super Center (Shwe Gon Tine). This Japanese dish of seafood and vegetables is prepared and cooked on a metal plate called Teppan, according to shop owner Win Htet Aung. Besides good-for-health Teppan-yaki, other Japanese fare and fruit drinks are available also.
